Let this be an thought-interactive read. Let any and all answers flow out of you, even the "obvious ones." Don't ignore the basic and fundamental reasons - without these your other unique reasons likely wouldn't exist, and for that matter nor would you.
Why do I move?
I move because I want to - yup, it's sometimes that simple.
I move because it's hardwired into my biology for survival.
I move because sometimes my brain gets stuck in a thought loop, or its volume is too loud.
I move because it's another way to spend time with my friends.
I move because sometimes I need an emotional outlet.
I move because sometimes I need a distraction.
I move because I want to be strong.
I move because I know the worst of what happens when humans don't move.
I move because I am happy.
I move because I am sad.
I move because I am healthy.
I move because sometimes I am injured.
I move when I am mentally stuck, and all I can think is "one foot in front of the other."
I move to to generate ideas.
I move so that I can see the world.
I move so that I can learn.
I move so that my future is easier.
I move so that I can sleep better.
I move so that I can continue to enjoy pastries and pizza.
I move so that I can take care of my dog.
I move so that I can do my job.
I move because I can. I move because I am.
Why do you move?
